sarah + derik got married on a hot & ridiculously sunny summer day in south san jose. they are definitely two of the most laid back bride and grooms i have had the pleasure of working with. not only are they pretty good-looking match, they are both talented musicians. so, it was not a surprise when sarah answered the door when i arrived and gushed over her brand new guitar from her husband-to-be. later that morning, she graced him with a brand new drum set before the ceremony. the musical romance did not end there. during the reception, guests took a dance break to hear sarah play piano and sing an original song to her husband. [she also recorded the song that she danced with her dad to…impressive one she is!] the couple danced away the night with their friends & family before running through a sparkler lit sidewalk to their firebird get-away car. and off they went to cancun.
