even in the midst of a fast-paced work day, my mind picks up on unique aspects of that wedding. on my way home from this particular wedding, i blabbed to my husband about all the joy i had from working with genevieve and nick. first off, the bridal party, by far, was one of the most fun, respectful, outgoing and caring that i have worked with. multiple times i had bridesmaids go out of their way to ask if i needed anything or if i had enjoyed dinner. and most importantly, everyone was attentive to the bride and groom’s needs [whether it was being on time or getting the groom a shot before the ceremony]. truly a warm bunch of folks that were beaming to see genevieve and nick get hitched. the portrait and reception venue took place in the midst of the gorgeous ivy-flooded presidio. the light purred through the wooded area giving only romance room to fit. at the bottom of the presidio, guests enjoyed a foggy dusk view of the golden gate bridge behind the head table and entertainment by live string duet. this wedding was a mid-june’s night dream and i am so blessed to have shot it [along with my amazing second, renee]!
