chris and ashley got married at a beautiful winery on a hot lodi september day. under a ginormous oak tree, along with their two ridiculously adorable daughters, they became a family. i have had the pleasure of photographing ashley, chris and the girls on a few occasions and have loved being there from maternity to engagement to wedding day [and upcoming christmas photos!].
by far my favourite parts of the day were:
– ashley getting her girls ready for her wedding
– the best man’s toast. he drew a picture of knowing chris before ashley and knowing chris after ashley and what an impact she had made in his life on so many levels. tk and i got teared up. it was that good.
– the family of four’s first dance together
– the sister/maid-of-honor and the mother of the bride fighting over the bouquet toss…as you will see, i almost got knocked over.
